A photo card for your child, and a gate pass for each adult who may collect them.

Photographs are used only to produce these cards, and are held in line with the DPDP Act 2023.

Consents & declaration

Parent handbook and fee terms

The full handbook and the fee schedule for your child's programme are shared with your offer letter. In summary:

Fees are payable in advance for each term, on the schedule set out in your offer letter. Registration and admission charges are one-time and are not refundable.
Withdrawals require written notice to the centre head. Any refund follows the withdrawal terms in the handbook.
Session timings, the holiday calendar and the daily routine are set out in the handbook and shared before your child starts.
We provide a warm, safe, play-based environment and routine first aid. A parent is contacted straight away if a child is unwell or has an accident.
Children who are unwell or have an infectious illness should be kept at home until they have recovered, for the sake of the whole group.
Please tell us promptly of any change to your address, telephone number, or your child's health, allergies or medication.
Your family's information is stored securely and used only to run your child's admission and care, in line with the DPDP Act 2023.

Photo / media consent

I consent to Neevalay Tots photographing or filming my child for school records and communications.

Emergency medical consent

I authorise Neevalay Tots to arrange emergency medical aid for my child if I cannot be reached in time.
