Building our team, with care
Great early education begins with great educators. We are assembling our founding faculty slowly and deliberately, choosing people who genuinely love being with young children.
We would rather open with a small team we truly believe in than a large one we do not. Warmth comes first; the rest can be taught. Your child will not be handed a routine; they will be handed a relationship.
We hire for warmth first
Skills can be taught. Genuine care for children is who a person already is.
